I changed my mind and would like to return something I ordered, what can I do?
Sorry, returns are not accepted. Exchanges are accepted if one of the below conditions are met.
The shirt/hoodie/etc. I ordered doesn't fit! What can I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Exchanges are possible, but both return shipping costs and the newly incurred shipping costs are payable by the customer and will not be covered by us. Alternatively, you can exchange your item at an upcoming show near you. Get in touch via orders@doodseskader.com to get an exchange started.
One of the items in my package is not what I ordered, what do I do?
Contact orders@doodseskader.com - if the mistake is on us, we'll fix it for you!
My tracking doesn't update / my package says it was delivered but it didn't arrive. What do I do?
Contact orders@doodseskader.com and we will open a case with the carrier, there is no need to open a case yourself.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?
We use various services to ship our items depending on where you are located, so it can take as long as 5-7 days (not including time spent in customs). Please note that we do all the shipping ourselves (the band and our manager) so it may take a few days for your order to be shipped if we are in a busy period, away from home, etc. If your order is time sensitive, kindly contact us prior to placing your order to confirm you will receive it on time. Returns will not be accepted if an order arrives too late for a holiday, birthday, etc. and shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has left our warehouse.
