Depending on how you interact with our website, we may collect the following types of personal data:

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, and the content of your message, when you reach out to us directly.

• Newsletter sign-ups — email address (and name, if you provide it), but only if you actively opt in via our sign-up form. We do not add you to any mailing list when you make a purchase or simply contact us.

• Order and payment information — when you buy merchandise directly through our site, we (or our payment processor, see Section 5) collect the information necessary to process your order, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details.

• Cookies and tracking data — information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser type, device information, and browsing behavior. This may include data collected via advertising tools (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel) when those cookies are active and you have consented to them. You can review and manage exactly which cookies are active at any time through the cookie consent banner on our site.
   

3. Why We Collect Your Data (Legal Basis)
We process personal data on the following legal grounds, depending on the purpose:

• Consent — for newsletter sign-ups and non-essential cookies (such as analytics or advertising cookies). You may withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 7).

• Contract performance — when you place an order for merchandise, we process your data as necessary to fulfill that order (processing payment, arranging shipping, providing customer support).

• Legitimate interest — for responding to contact form inquiries and for basic, essential website functionality.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Our website uses cookies to ensure the site functions properly and, where you consent, to support analytics and advertising. Essential cookies do not require consent; all other cookies (including any advertising trackers such as Meta Pixel) are blocked until you actively consent via the cookie banner.

5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We do share limited personal data with trusted service providers who help us run our website, process orders, and manage marketing, including:

• Wix — our website hosting and e-commerce platform.

• CookieYes — our cookie consent management provider, which records and manages your cookie preferences.

• Stripe, PayPal, and our other Payment partners as mentioned on our Checkout page — to securely process payments for merchandise orders.

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if you have consented to advertising cookies, limited browsing data may be shared with Meta for advertising purposes via the Meta Pixel.

Each of these providers is only permitted to use your data to provide their service to us and is bound by their own privacy and data protection obligations.
We may also disclose personal data if required to do so by law, or to protect our legal rights.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry.

• Newsletter sign-up data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

• Order and payment information is retained as long as necessary to fulfill your order and to meet our legal and accounting obligations under Belgian law.

• Cookie consent records are retained in accordance with Usercentrics' standard retention practices, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to certain legal exceptions.

• Restrict or object to our processing of your data.

• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (such as newsletter sign-ups or non-essential cookies), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

• Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données) if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.

How we handle erasure requests: When you ask us to delete your data, we will remove your information from our active systems, including contact form records and our newsletter list. Please note that certain data may need to be retained even after such a request, where we are legally required to do so — for example, order and payment records, which Belgian accounting law requires us to retain for a statutory period regardless of a deletion request, and cookie consent records, which we retain as proof of compliance with consent requirements. Where data is retained for these reasons, we will confirm what has been deleted and what is being kept, and why. If you have previously interacted with our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), you can also submit a deletion request directly to Meta, as we do not have direct access to remove data already processed within their systems.

8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
